Utan om ”hur”.

En kurs om AI och dess affärskonsekvenser.
Me, myself, and AI skulle man kunna säga.

Men vad händer om man säger vår verksamhet och AI?

Lär dig mer på vår frukostseminarium om AI, och vill du dyka djupare gå vår kurs.

World Water Day

Publicerat 22 March 2018

Idag är det World water day. Vi har tidigare beskrivit hur KTH Executive School har varit med i ett vattenprojekt för att med hjälp av vår problemlösningsmetodik stötta öar som har problem med tillgång till vatten.

This project would have been impossible without the initiative and guidance of Mr Christian Pleijel from the Royal Institute of Technology and Professor Anders Nordström from the University of Stockholm. Their immerse knowledge and expertise proved invaluable in bringing European islanders together and shaping this water saving guide.

Lunch Seminar: Intercultural Skills in Business of Technology

Publicerat 20 March 2018

Despite the current nationalistic tendencies in global politics, business will still be more and more global and intercultural business interaction will rather increase and be the norm than the contrary. We all work in multicultural dispersed teams whose members have different values, behaviour and ways of communicating.

That could make us all ask ourselves three questions:

  • How much money do we lose through lack of sensitivity to cultural issues?
  • How often do we work in culturally dispersed teams whose members have different values, behaviour and ways of communicating?
  • Do we really understand our own personal cultural profile and how our behaviour can be perceived by people from another cultural context? Not addressing that is by the way the most common trap to fall in.

Welcome to a lunch seminar where we will address the topic of how we can ensure best possible business results in a globalized world! If you can´t attend the lunch seminar or want to dive deeper, welcome to our two-day course Intercultural Skills in Business of Technology – May 23-24, 2018.

Learn from other industries: How to Reach Through the Market Noise

Publicerat 19 March 2018

At KTH Executive School we have several times seen the strength when companies from different sectors, but with similar problems, meet and learn from each other. Inspiration on new ways to define and work with a problem can lead to wonderful results – and you don’t have to be afraid to discuss openly about your challenges since you don’t compete with each other.
A growing (and very successful) industri in Sweden is the gaming industry. This text is the first in a series about success factors and learnings from that industry. The insights are based on a report produced by researchers from KTH.

Do you want to meet executives from other industries in order to develop you company? Read more about our group formats.

Reaching through the noise

No matter how great a game is, it can’t have commercial success unless customers become aware of it. This is an increasingly difficult problem as more and more games are released every day, the amount of market noise is higher than ever before. According to respondents, the release rate is now so high that the average revenue per game is decreasing despite a steady growth of demand. So what options do developers have to get market’s attention? A number of different approaches was observed:
