Why a course in leading innovation?

In most companies, innovation capability will determine growth rates and success rates in the coming years. This course is all about how to create and generate innovation initiatives inside a larger organization. Do you need to boost your organization’s innovation performance? Do you want to bring your organization into the future? Are you looking for corporate growth through new creative solutions and initiatives? Are you stuck in traditional ways of thinking and in conventional ways of working? If you answered yes to any of these questions this course is for you.

The three day Leading Innovation course gives you the knowledge and skills needed to establish and manage sustainable innovation initiatives in your organization. The skills learned are applicable on both corporate and business unit level.

According to Harward Business Review; increased competition on truly global markets, rapid technical progress, the ongoing digital transformation and constantly changing customer expectations, are some of the reasons why an increasing number of companies consider innovation to be at the core of their business. If you want to stay successful moving into the future, you have to anticipate upcoming development, seek out new ideas, and scout new trends, products and services. And, most importantly, you are going to need innovation skills, tools and processes that enable you to meet and create future demand.

“Innovation must be treated as any other mission-critical activity. It’s about knowing how and when to do it – but also when not to innovate. Companies need to build a strong professional foundation using a proactive and systematic way of working.” Johan Fredrikson, Head lecturer and Co-founder of Amplify.
