A Strategist´s Guide to Artificial Intelligence

An explosion of data, algorithmic advances, and an exponential increase in cheap computer power and storage has propelled AI from hype to reality.

Many companies will make substantial investments in artificial intelligence (AI) in the coming years.

As AI moves from ideas and conceptual thinking and becomes more practical and relevant to us all, executives in all lines of business and in government are expected to make precise and informed decisions about where and how to deploy AI.

In order to be able to act, some essential AI knowledge is necessary.  And in order to stay ahead, executives and other key people must ask themselves some genuine strategic questions regarding what role AI should play in their organisation.

The day consists of two blocks:
– An introduction to the basic concepts in AI, machine learning and deep learning
– An interactive  workshop around some of the most important strategic questions to ask when adopting AI

Facilitator: Niklas Gustafsson, Program Director, KTH Executive School
