KTH Executive School addresses global industrial companies and their business eco systems. We support building the management capabilities needed to take lead in the ongoing transformation. The confidence to dare to explore, the insight to share the learnings and the empathy to care about the people that are in for the journey.

We do this through open enrollment programs, thematic groups and tailored learning formats.

Participants represent ABB, Alfa Laval, Atlas Copco, Boliden, De Laval, Epiroc, Essity, Hitachi Energy, LKAB, Saab, Sandvik, Scania, Siemens Energy, SKF, SSAB, Stora Enso, Toyota Material Handling, Volvo and Volvo Cars, among others.

We wish to form two parallel sets of relationships with our customers. One with corporate HR and learning- and development functions and one with business units.

One part of our core competence is to in dialogue with industry leaders articulate and prioritize the strategic challenges currently at hand. They define the focus and content of our offering.

The other part of our core competence is to design learning formats and processes that generates impact in the organisations. One aspect of that is to provide a platform where corporate and academic leaders can collaborate.

Our hallmarks are to have a clear why in all programs and ensure that the learnings are relevant, to utilize the participants experience to create new insights, and to kick-start and support continuous learning.

To offer state-of-the-art content at all times, we continuously recruit new members to our vast faculty of thought-leaders and researchers from top academic institutions worldwide.
